- Following the instructions on the pack, we cooked a combination of dal like moong, chana, and toor with some turmeric.
- Then we sauteed some garlic in ghee and added a cup of chopped onions.
- This was cooked until they turned translucent/golden.
- We then added chopped tomatoes and let them cook until the oil started to leave from the sides.
- Finally, we added one sachet to this cooked mix and let it saute for 30 seconds before adding the dal.
