The bold crunch on this variant spoke of its freshness. When it comes to snacks, too much fat (oil/butter) can lead to a greasy bite that lacks crunch. Luckily, that was not the case here, these felt light on the palate.
Owing to the use of flours like jowar and bajra, the khakras had a fibrous bite.
We really liked the flavor. The characteristic flavors of methi were fresh and in sync with the overall flavor profile. The balanced salt and spice levels made it kid-friendly too. Definately addictive!

Our experience
Easily one of the best from the four we tried, Little Grabs Ragi & Sesame crackers had an addictive flavor profile. The sesame seeds were roasted up to the mark and lent nutty notes in the flavor. Just like Mill Wheels, the use of salt was adequate- not too little or too much.
Ragi added its innate earthy flavor that was fresh.
The crunch was as bold as the above variant and was elevated by the bite of sesame seeds.
