The best part about Haldiram’s Minute Khana Ajwain Paratha is that the paranthas are made from wholewheat flour and not refined maida. And, that’s what makes them taste just like homemade paranthas. If you warm it up well, the paranthas do seem like they have come from a home kitchen and not a packet. The ajwain-flavored paranthas taste good and very fresh.
The accompaniments of the pack – pickle, and bhujia – are reminiscent of college-style meals, when nearly everything tasted better with aloo-bhujia!
