Wingreens Farms Easy Pizza Dough Mix – Let’s Decode
For our Wingreens Farms easy pizza dough mix review, we made a mixed batch of bases for the pizzas. We did so because not everyone likes thin crust pizza and wouldn’t want to make them at home.
We took 125 grams of pizza dough mix to make our pizzas and kneaded it with 67 ml lukewarm water and ½ tablespoon of olive oil (Borges). We had to knead the dough for about 8-9 minutes before covering it with a wet cloth. Next, we set it aside for 45 minutes for the yeast to work.
Once done, we divided the dough balls and started to roll out the base. The first pizza we made was a thicker, regular base. The rest of them were thin crust.
We smeared a spoonful of Veeba Pizza Sauce (our winner from the pizza sauce review), added green olives, cherry tomatoes, and sprinkled grated mozzarella cheese (Amul) generously. We did not add any salt as the sauce has enough of it. We topped it with a few fresh basil leaves. We experimented with toppings, and some pizzas had just cheese and basil, while the others had cherry tomatoes and pineapple.
The pizzas did not take too long to bake thoroughly. Within 10 minutes, our pizzas were ready, and the cheese on top melted wonderfully.
We sprinkled the pizzas with Wingreens Farms dried oregano.
The pizza crust (regular base) was very spongy and tasted fresh. It wasn’t dry or stale to taste at all. The thin-crust pizzas crisped up well, and the crust was evenly cooked. Throughout our pizza crust, we could see well-formed gluten cables.
