Superb! We loved every bit of these coffee and almond laddoos. These taste fresh and have a nice fudgy bite. Thumbs up for the clean ingredient list.

Mid-meal snacking is notoriously famous for being unhealthy and is often held responsible for taking you off the fitness route. Which is why we are in constant search of better, cleaner snacking alternatives to your everyday namkeens, chips and biscuits.

Looking at the store shelves, where clean snacking options were limited or not tasty enough to keep going back for them, Mridula Kanoria started experimenting in the kitchen. When she combined age-old food wisdom with modern-day nutritional needs – Eat Better came into being.

We recently tested their Coffee and Almond Laddoos that are made using dates, almond, oats, and coffee. Do these taste nice? How is the texture? Are these truly ‘better’? Our Eat Better Co. Coffee And Almond Laddoos review answers all these questions and more.

We loved the complex, delicious combination of coffee, cacao, dates and coconut. All of them have a very defined flavor profile of their own, but the ratios in which these are used are so much in-sync with each other.

These laddoos are fresh tasting and are accompanied by a delicate flavor of coconut, balanced sweetness from dates and a wonderful nuttiness from almonds. What we really liked is that none of the ingredients overpower each other.

Coming to the texture, these laddoos do not feel oily. Thumbs up! The chia seeds add in a delicate crunch between bites. The nuts also add to the crunchiness.

In addition, the oats added here are slightly sparse but they do not feel soggy. The overall bite of these laddoos is fudgy yet firm.
