Our Experience
This cheese sauce has an off white-ish color with visible specs of herbs. It has a sharp and pungent cheese aroma.
Coming to the flavor, it has a prominent warmth of garlic and sharpness of cheddar, but the only drawback is the cheese flavor lacks freshness. This cheese sauce leans more towards a mayonnaise profile than a cheese sauce meant for dipping.
This doesn’t work well as a dip; however, it fares better as a sandwich spread, combining well with bread and vegetables This further enhances the experience of having this cheese sauce.
As for the texture, this is a thick cheese sauce which is neither thin nor runny. Moreover, spreadability was smooth and not an issue here.

Our Experience
Appearance-wise, this is white in color. There are no herbs or other specs observed here. As compared to the above variant, the cheesy aroma was much sharper here.
Similar to the above variant, the consistency is smooth and thick and the spreadability is effortless.
Flavor-wise, this sauce does have a cheddar-like sharpness, but we would have liked it a lot more if the flavor was slightly fresher.
