As suggested, we added the premix, 150 ml of milk, and some ice cubes in a blender jar and blitzed it for 40 seconds. The components came together within this time frame.

Right out of the pack, this premix emitted a rich, bold cocoa aroma. With a deep brown hue, we could see the chocolate flakes.
After blending, this lightened by a shade and resembled a premium, homemade chocolate milkshake.

The mouthfeel wasn’t smooth. Despite blending this for almost a minute, the flakes hadn’t melted or dissolved. They were intact and made their presence felt.
The flavor was immaculate. We loved the intensity of cocoa here. With balanced sweetness, this had notes of dark chocolate and the mild bitterness could be tasted especially towards the end of the sip.
