Taste Test: Our taste test was spread across two days. The brand mentions that the taste of this packaged coconut water will vary from bottle to bottle. Hence, we decided to review this coconut water over 2 days by tasting 3 bottles. All the 3 bottles of coconut water were tasted chilled. The results for both days are as follows:
Day 1 Results: The first bottle we reviewed had an overly sweet taste. It felt very unnatural. It comes nowhere close to the taste of fresh coconut water. We reviewed the product again since we could not figure out why this coconut water tasted so sweet despite containing no added sugar.
Day 2 Results: On day 2, we ordered two more bottles from an online portal to gain more clarity on the overall taste. To our surprise, these two bottles were not overly sweet. The sweetness was mild here. Though it does not replicate the taste of natural coconut water, it feels refreshing. It does come close to the flavor of a fresh coconut water.
All three bottles of coconut water tasted different, just as the brand claims.
