#FirstImpressions Of Slurrp Farm’s Beetroot Millet Dosa
The idea of a homecooked, healthy snack for kids is always a good idea. But often, we get stuck in the sandwich, parantha, potato chips rut. That’s where products like Slurrp Farm’s Beetroot Millet Dosa come into full practical application. It offers a refreshing take on healthy snacks, and one with real ingredients that sounds like names of things we should be eating and feeding our kids and not that belong to chemistry labs.
Honestly, Slurrp Farm’s Beetroot Millet Dosa took us a few attempts to get it right. We were looking for thin flat, pancake-like consistency. The first few times we ended up getting really thick pancakes with uneven consistency. Luckily, we didn’t give up. And we would urge you not to, either.
Slurrp Farm’s Beetroot Millet Dosa turned out to be a really delicious snack. It is ruby red in color, something kids might like, but without the taste of the veggie – which may be a good thing for some fussy eaters. It tastes like a tangy dosa, and we made ours in ghee, so it had the flavor from that too. You can make thin crispy dosas with this, or make pancakes and simply roll it up and enjoy Slurrp Farm’s Beetroot Millet Dosa as a snack on the go.
Delicious snack, and a reliable option for mums who are constantly looking for healthy, tasty snacking options for kids.
