#FirstImpressions Of Haldiram’s Panjeeri Ladoo

We recently reviewed Haldiram’s Besan Ladoos; our overall experience during the product tasting was pleasant, we felt the product offered a good combination of taste and reasonable pricing.

Haldiram’s Panjeeri Ladoo, on the contrary, is quite a letdown.

Even the overall look is not very appetizing. The ladoos appear dull and dense and you can barely see any dry fruits on the surface.

Texture-wise, these ladoos are dry despite using both edible oil and hydrogenated vegetable fats!

Speaking of the taste, Haldiram’s Panjeeri Ladoo tastes like a generic ladoo; the classic combination of atta, dry fruits, and ghee which makes panjeeri a delicious winter treat, is completely missing.

We aren’t recommending this product and hope that Haldiram’s can look at improving this soon, in order to provide a better quality product to its humongous fan following across the country.
