2. Pancake Bites

Pancake bites is another unique recipe you can prepare using appe pan. These mini bite-sized pancakes make for a delicious breakfast during days when you are feeling experimental in the kitchen. Healthy, gluten free millet appe are quick and easy to make. You can use either jowar, ragi or bajra flour for this recipe. Mix in methi leaves, coriander, green chillies and season it with spices. Make it more fiber rich by adding some grated carrots, and capsicum. Millet appe tastes best when served with green coriander chutney.

4. Sabudana Vada

Prepare a non-fried version of sabudana vada in an appe pan. Despite being non-fried, these turn out to be super crispy. Mix in mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, green chilies, and season it with salt. Make sure you grease the pan well before adding the vada.
