How we tried the spread
We tasted this spread straight out of the jar and over an untoasted slice of white bread.
Taste & Texture
Right as we opened the lid, a bold coffee aroma hit our nose. We LOVED this. This is a smooth spread and the texture was even throughout the jar. There was no oil or fat floating. This had a rich milk chocolate-like brown appearance.
Without bread – This had a prominent coffee taste, just like its aroma. This flavor of coffee worked beautifully in sync with the sugar.
With bread – This was quite easy to spread as the consistency was the right blend of flowy yet thick. However, the strength of the coffee flavor had toned down marginally when we tasted it with the slice of bread. For those who do not like a bold coffee flavor, this is the ideal mode of consumption. If you like chocolate and coffee together, add it to your cuppa for that rich flavor.
