These biscuits have an enticing aroma of vanilla and malt.
Going by the labels, we expected these biscuits to have a taste similar to that of Bournvita. You know, how most of us ate straight from the jar as kids. However, these showcase a nutty, barley type flavor together with slight notes of vanilla and chocolate. It doesn’t taste like the Bournvita we have grown accustomed to, or how their new crunchy spread tastes like.
The overall sweetness is balanced for adults. However, keeping the target audience, i.e children, in mind the sweetness might be on the lower side. Especially if you compare these to the cream filled, sugary sweet cookies and biscuits they often eat.
In terms of the texture, these biscuits are crisp. These thin sized biscuits have a nice crunch. No complaints there.
- Packaging would interest kids.
- These biscuits are crisp.
- Perfect travel-friendly snack.
- Inviting aroma of vanilla and malt.
- Though the sweetness is balanced, it might be slightly low considering kids as the target audience.

These biscuits will pair exceptionally well with a cup of hot milk, chai or coffee. Additionally, the individual packaging makes them a perfect travel-friendly snack.
