A pour over coffee, as the name suggests, is made by pouring hot water onto ground coffee beans. These are then allowed to brew. While some use a French press or a percolator, Blue Tokai uses a filter. We recommend it for the fact that no extra equipment is needed for preparing coffee, low acidity levels and smoothness.
