On opening the pack, we observed a beany aroma, almost besan-like.
– Rajdhani’s Sattu was not too fine nor too coarse. – We appreciate the effortless mixability. – It dissolved almost instantly in water.
– Without water it tastes fresh, but it lacks the distinct roasted nutty flavor. – The legumes could have been roasted for longer for an enhanced flavor. – After adding water it has a refreshing flavor.
