As per the packaging, the soup has 5 plant-based superfoods namely quinoa, moringa, amaranth, buckwheat, and turmeric. {Percentage-wise presence of key ingredients - quinoa (0.1%), buckwheat (0.08%), amaranth (0.8%), Turmeric (0.01%), and moringa (0.004%} Each packet is one serving, and along with the soup mix, you also get a small number of multigrain crunchies to add once the soup has been stirred. The crunchies are made of oat flour, corn, oat bran, and wheat fiber. These soups are meant to be effective meal replacements. This ready-to-make soup just needs to be mixed with hot water (170 ml), and then stirred vigorously until fully dissolved. It tastes fresh and the corn does not seem synthetic at all - a usual consumer complaint about packaged soups. It is creamy and the corn kernels taste fresh once hot water is added. But, it is the peas that somehow don't work here, seem flavorless and make the rest of the soup taste a bit bland.
